This is the easiest keto bread recipe ever. Granted, the texture isn’t exactly like bread, but with the added roasted and ground flax seed, the texture gets pretty close. Best thing is you can make it into any shape based on the container you use. The recipe is a modification from Gimme Delicious – (thanks!).





Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional – a good choice if you want even more fiber)
  • 1 egg

Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 90 seconds (microwave oven)
Ready in: 3.5 minutes
Serving size: 1 serving


Directions:

  1. Beat the egg, then mix everything together
  2. Microwave bread in desired container for 90 seconds
  3. When done, cut in half (if it’s for a sandwich. Eat as is, or toasted
  4.
